Registered Version:
One copy of the software may either be used by a single person who uses the software

Termination:
Without prejudice to any other rights, Pyramid Peak Design may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms
and conditions of this agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of
the software and it's accompanying files.

The software, all accompanying files, and images of the software are trademarks of Pyramid Peak Design L.L.C.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
The software, and the accompanying files are provided "AS IS" and without warranties as to performance
or merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. No
warranty for a particular purpose is offered. The user assumes the entire risk
of installing and using the software. Any liability of the seller will be
limited exclusively to Product Replacement or refund of purchase price. To the
maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pyramid Peak
Design or it's suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including,
without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption,
loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the
use of or inability to use this Pyramid Peak Design product, even if Pyramid
Peak Design has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
